The cars are the stars. The Wheels of Time Annual Rod & Custom Car Jamboree boasts over 1,500 of the shiniest, most colorful custom cars and street rods on the East Coast, complete with bands, games, special features, and fun for the entire family in Lehigh Valley, Pa.
It is held every year on the weekend before Labor Day weekend. Don’t miss this show for your enjoyment and to give you a chance to show off your ride and to give you a great weekend of fun, relaxation, and an opportunity to meet with friends.
Know Before You Go
- The show opens at 7 a.m. each day and goes until sundown as far as looking at the cars. The music goes on until 10:00 p.m. on Friday and Saturday.
- Spectator donation is $10.00.
- Children under 16 (with an adult) are free.
- There will be a non-denominational church service on Sunday morning.
- Handicapped accessible (wheelchair and motorized wheelchair ONLY).
- No pets, bikes, or skateboards permitted in the park.
Arts & Crafts
Feel free to browse the adjoining flea market, which has everything from car jewelry to hand painted gourds, with a wide array of items in between. There is also bingo if you wish to sit and relax and try your luck winning some money.
Annual Friday Evening Cruise
The annual Friday night cruise through Emmaus will again go on for the first 200 show cars that sign up on Friday at the show. This has been a long-time favorite of the community.
The route:
- The cruise leaves Allen Organ on Rt 100 at 6:45 p.m.
- Travels through Macungie via Main St. to Buckeye Rd. to Chestnut St. into Emmaus.
- East to Main St then north on State Ave. to Harrison St., west to North St. past the Home of the Hornets who kick off at 7 p.m., then north on Cedar Crest to Lower Macungie Rd.
Butch will be there with the Dragula. Don’t miss this exciting event!
